This is a blog about Knowledge Management (KM) focusing on the knowledge audit findings of a church- Faith Revival Ministries (FRM).

This blog was designed by Organizational Strategy in collaboration with the audit team to share the results of the knowledge audit conducted at the above mentioned organization.

Additionally, this blog is designed to promote knowledge management practices among the organization's members. Therefore, this blog can be seen as a building block for the organization to create the appropriate organizational culture for organizational learning through knowledge sharing as well as. The knowledge audit finding can also help the church with creating a knowledge management plan to align with its organizational strategy.
