What is the existing knowledge at Faith revival Ministries (FRM)?

The church founder has a diploma in theology at a Bible College, also have 12 years’ experience in ministry leadership, and lastly, has 15 years’ experience as manager at a government department.

The Sunday school program is offered by a qualified librarian, who is also studying for a master’s degree, is also a registered member of LIASA and working at a research library, who is also a secretary board member of an NPO.

The evangelist is part of a social network with the Billy Graham’s Evangelic Association.

However, all of this tacit knowledge is not made easily accessible in explicit knowledge through knowledge sharing, in order for others to learn from it and also use it.

Therefore, we at Organizational Strategy together with the audit team, advised that this tacit knowledge should be captured, organized, stored for others to learn from and also to use this knowledge to reach organizational goals. All of this can only be made possible through establishing a knowledge sharing tool. Therefore, this blog was created to assist with knowledge sharing.

Lastly, existing knowledge can only be of great use when its extracted and applied to improve services provided by the organization
